The Reserve range consists of wines that we only produce in very special vintages. These wines are typically made from small pockets of grapes from our very best vineyard sites. The maturity of the vineyards is reflected in the depth, elegance and structure of this range. As we wait only on extraordinary vintages to make this range, limited quantities of these ultra premium wines are made available. Our Reserve wines are vegan – friendly, organic (Eco certified and Demeter certified).
On the nose, this wine immediately presents aromas of lime, lemon, and elderflower, which are complemented by distinct flinty notes and hints of grapefruit zest. On the palate, this is a refined wine with flavours of lime, grapefruit and passionfruit, which are perfectly balanced by a fine acidity and subtle oak complexity. The finish is long and layered, leaving a lasting impression of finesse.

Aromas of black cherry, black pepper, wild sage and aniseed on the nose of this wine. The palate is dark and intense. Lots of freshly crushed black pepper that is fleshed out by pure back cherry fruit. This wine has a lovely density & complexity to it. Structured on the palate with a long finish.

Concentrated notes of blackcurrant, black cherry and pencil shavings are apparent immediately in the glass. An elegant wine unfolds, with aromas of black berries, tea leaves, and baking spices. The palate is complex and layered with pure blackcurrant fruit. A graphite core brings length and minerality to the wine. Fine tannins and well-integrated acidity speak of the aging potential of this wine.
