This wine has a deep and brilliant ruby robe. The wine exhibits flavours of juicy red fruits and almonds that are complemented by a deeper dimension of liquorice as well as firm and dry, yet supple, tannins. Try with roast duck or pheasant as well as with juicy fillet or lamb.
