Tasting Notes
The wine opens up to an expressive bouquet of mulberries, white pepper, and hints of lavender and rosemary. Aromatic complexity builds with subtle herbal undertones. On the palate, layers of juicy red and vibrant blue fruits are supported by a gentle thread of pepper and coriander spice. The wine is well balanced, with a supple texture and refined tannins that carry through to a clean, fruit-pure finish. A wine crafted for immediate enjoyment, yet one that will continue to evolve gracefully over the next year or two.
Ageing Potential
It is a wine made to enjoy and savour now, but can be kept for a year or two in bottle.
