The Reserve range consists of wines that we only produce in very special vintages. These wines are typically made from small pockets of grapes from our very best vineyard sites. The maturity of the vineyards is reflected in the depth, elegance and structure of this range. As we wait only on extraordinary vintages to make this range, limited quantities of these ultra premium wines are made available. Our Reserve wines are vegan – friendly, organic (Eco certified and Demeter certified).
This Syrah boasts a captivating blend of white pepper, black cherries, and crushed coriander on the nose, with subtle hints of licorice, lavender, and marjoram. The palate reveals a delightful savouriness, showcasing pure fruit freshness at its core. The fine, layered tannins contribute to its great concentration and density.
