Tasting Notes
The 2024 Cornerstone Red shows expressive aromas of blackcurrant, mulberries and black cherry, complemented by notes of coriander, nutmeg, liquorice and wild sage. e palate is structured yet refined, with layers of dark cherry fruit, savoury spice and graphite. Chalky tannins frame the wine, leading to a balanced, focused and persistent finish.

51% Syrah, 49% Cabernet Sauvignon
In The Cellar
Biodynamic grapes were hand harvested and cooled overnight before processing. e Syrah was fermented under submerged cap, with 30% whole bunches, and aged for 14 months in older 225L and 300L oak barrels. e Cabernet Sauvignon was fully destemmed and fermented in concrete tanks before ageing for 16 months in first-fill oak. Aer maturation, the wines were blended and rested for a further four months in tank prior to bottling.
